Ben Garvey is a software engineer at Betterment and has over a decade of experience leading teams to build new products, re-architecting existing ones, and guiding them through acquisitions, most recently with RJMetrics, Magento and Adobe.
He likes charts and is a frequent speaker on data visualization and the world wide web. He created the Bulldog Budget for Brett Mandel's 2013 campaign for Philadelphia City Controller which was featured on Technically Philly, Fying Kite Media, and The Philadelphia Inquirer.
When he isn't writing code to make charts he's playing with his kids in Collingswood, NJ, reading, or playing music.
